Micro-financing potential in FYR Macedonia

Abstract

This paper outlines a brief political and financial history of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia as well as the potential for micro-finance to address some of the developmental issues that exist. This paper uses professional studies on micro-finance as well as governmental reports and personal accounts to paint a whole picture of the situation as well as micro-finance's role.
