dc.description.abstract | Understanding the ethics behind student suspension is the focus of this project. The author uses a case study approach to present information on ethical decision-making to a group of Educational Administrators. This approach examines the 'pre' and 'post' responses to an ethical dilemma which has student suspension as its focus. Responses are analyzed to determine if a change has occurred in the decision process and/or the decision content. The findings of this study are consistent with other research which has demonstrated that practicing ethical decision-making will improve the quality of decisions made. | en |
