dc.description.abstractThis paper on the Coaching Team contains a research and literature review on the various elements of staff development. Following this is a brief history of Medicine Hat School District #76 Coaching Team that was involved in training teachers in peer supervision and coaching. Results of the members' replies to questionnaires are presented with a personal analysis of some of these results. Suggestions to other school districts contemplating using their own personnel for staff development are then offered.en
